Dear Families,

Welcome to Term 1 of Summer Sports for 2025! We are excited to have our families back as we begin an exciting new year, resuming our Co-Curricular Sports programs after a well-deserved holiday and Christmas break.

As we start the year, we would like to thank you for your patience and support in adapting to the new digital nomination portal for Co-Curricular CEA activities. This new system will help streamline this process moving forward.

Looking ahead to Term 1, we are pleased to share the start dates for our Co-Curricular Sports program:

Boys’ teams will commence their matches in Week 2, starting Monday, February 3rd. Girls’ teams will begin their matches in Week 3, starting Monday, February 10th. These dates are in line with the two associations through which we register our sports.

ALL trainings for Secondary students will begin next week. (Week 2).

Following receiving today’s student nominations, we have updated the "Training/Coaching Information" and "Teams" with the most current student details available. Please note that adjustments may occur within teams as training start and progresses over the coming weeks.

At this time, the fixtures from both the Boys' Association (SAAS) and the Girls' Association (CESA) have still not yet been released. We anticipate receiving them by the middle of next week and will share the fixtures, along with venue and match time details as soon as they become available.

If you have not yet submitted your Term 1 Summer Sports nominations via the digital link sent through SEQTA, please ensure they are submitted by 10:00 AM on Monday, February 3rd. We encourage all students to participate in these exciting opportunities.

Lastly, if you have not yet downloaded Stack Team App on your phones or computer, please do so as soon as possible. This app will be the primary platform for all communications related to Co-Curricular Sport. Details attached.

Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out via SEQTA Message.

We look forward to a successful start to Term 1 sports and to a smooth conclusion of our Summer season.

Warm Regards,

Deb Hocking
Secondary Sports Coordinator
