Strength and Conditioning training. Term 1, 2025

Dear Families,

For Year 10-12 students who have nominated for Strength & Conditioning training in Term 1 with Alf Connolly, our Strength and Conditioning Trainer, the details have now been uploaded to 'Teams' under the 'Strength and Conditioning training' tab.

This is an 8-week program, running from Week 3 to Week 11, starting next week.

Mondays & Wednesday mornings:

Session 1: 6:00am – 7:00am
Session 2: 7:15am – 8:15am
